Obama Back to Gutting Laws — This Is Not Something The President Is Authorized To Do

SEE HERE  When are we going to impeach this dishonorable president who ignores the Constitution and the Law while he acts like an Emperor and writes Executive Orders and stops enforcing settled law.  This kind of thing will send welfare cascading back to the state it was in before when it was just a subsidy for the slothful.
