To Commit Voter Fraud You Have To Create Voters First

SEE HERE Frankly the whole voting process needs to be vetted. People keep telling me that voter fraud is not a problem. Mostly these people are Democrats. Republicans keep telling me that voter fraud is a much bigger problem than is acknowledged. Now I really don't know who is right here, but I think the voting process should be rigorous and beyond the possibility of fraud. I support Voter ID and I think some system should be created to make absolutely sure that only registered voters can vote and that they can vote only once.
