If This Is True We Should Be Shutting Down DHS

SEE HERE The claim is that DHS covert agents are fomenting unrest in Ferguson with the intent of provoking violence so martial law can be declared. If this is true then we should be moving to eliminate the Department of Homeland Security as a security menace.
