Did Obama Plan the Shutdown that is in the Ofting?

SEE HERE It takes a Machiavellian mind to plan something like this or even to imagine that someone planned it. I'm not sure I credit the president with that much prescience, but he's certainly not economically responsible. There has never been such an irresponsible president in the history of the country. George Bush who the liberals love to excoriate was not half so irresponsible. This guy should be impeached, seriously.
