Every Time You Expect A Senator To Do Their Jobs You Get Whining

SEE HERE Poor babies had to work on a Saturday ... Oooooow how awful!  The whole political class doesn't begin to know what work is.  They are just a fancy form of bought and paid for crooks who posture most of the time as if they are a superior form of life.  Obviously not all of them but entirely too many of them.  We desperately need an Article V Convention to pass a few corrective measures for the Constitution.  Among my favorites would be repeal of the 17th amendment and return to election Senators by state legislatures, and repeal of the sixteenth amendment on the income tax replacing it with something like a flat rate tax with an upper limit and a balanced budget amendment, and then term limits not only for politicians but for high level bureaucrats.
