The American Ghetto: Largely A Creation Of The Left

SEE HERE  Let's face it.  The sad condition of the black community and others in America's entitlement ghetto endangers us all.  It is a creation of bad policies advanced by the left from a cynical perspective thereby entrapping many people in a cycle of dependence and poverty.  We need to change that and get these people into the mainstream.
