Liberty and Virtue, Inseparable If Freedom Is to Endure
SEE HERE The difference between liberty and license is fundamental to understanding the character of true freedom. Freedom is not the opportunity to do whatever you want to. True freedom is the freedom to do what you ought to do and that can only occur where what you ought to do has a construction. That construction is virtue.
