Regulations Should Be Well Founded Scientifically

SEE HERE  Common sense is not so common in the government these days.  The weaponization of the various agencies like the EPA to use their authority to mandate things without scientific but only an ideological basis is over the top.  The EPA should be required to defend and prove that what it is proposing is necessary and helpful, otherwise it is just more government thuggery.
