SEE HERE Every time there is a shooting the anti-gun folks are out in force as if guns cause gun violence. They ignore the actually data that there is less violence where there are more guns in the hands of citizens. What a concept! Violent criminals are less likely to commit violence if they stand a higher probability of being met with armed resistance. The killings in Aurora were causes by a madman who apparently planned them for months. They could have been brought to an abrupt end had he been met with armed resistance. But the theater was a gun free zone, except of course for those who pay no attention. One wonders if the lunatics that push gun control ever bother to read the data?
