The Stupid Obama Remark That Keeps On Giving

The government actually doesn't build anything ... but I didn't have to tell you that.  All this story about roads and dams and stuff was build by contractors paid with tax dollars inefficiently distributed by bureaucrats.  The government can't actually do anything very well.
