Welcome to Government By Stupidity

SEE HERE Where does the government get the right to decide on credit standards at all. Is that in the Constitution somewhere? Did I miss it? Are these people really so stupid that when they've created one gigantic housing bubble they're going to go out and do it again using the same exact excuse? I sorry there are some people who can't afford a house. Maybe we should look at the house building industry while we're at it. I've been looking at sheds lately and thinking how easy it would be to turn some of these incredible sheds into small liveable dwellings. Sure they'd be small but my first house was fairly small. People live in apartments smaller than some of these sheds. The cost of housing is very expensive and it could be reduced with more advanced housing technology, but the government mandates that too. Most of our problems are caused by government because the idiots think they know more than everyone else. Mostly that is not only not true, but extraordinarily not true. Just go to your average government agency and try to get some help and see what a "better form of life" actually looks like. Pleased? I didn't think so.
