SEE HERE The Manhattan Declaration " ... addresses the sanctity of life, traditional marriage and religious liberty. The 4,700-word declaration issues a clarion call to Christians to adhere to their convictions and informs civil authorities that the signers will not - under any circumstance - abandon their Christian consciences." One of the great problems of our times is that we are bringing up a generation of barbarians. We have educators who have been forced to leave moral instruction out of the curriculum because of vague and incoherent claims that it somehow constitutes religion. Aristotle would have been amused by that claim and unimpressed.
The dignity and humanity of the human person are under attack as in no time in history. Popular books reduce man to a chaos of incoherent molecules. We need to resist. We need to stand up and be counted. We need to say "No" loudly to this destruction of the very core of human values.
