The Obama Kingship ...

SEE HERE Obama seems bent on establishing his regal right to rule.  He talks about using Executive Orders to go around the Legislature and now he's trying to get around the right of the Senate to advise and consent, i.e. their approval is required, of new appointees.  With the Senate officially in session the president is trying to use the power to make recess appointments.  "Hello" ... "Excuse me Mr. President, but the Senate is in session."
