Manufactured Reasons To Justify Failure

SEE HERE  The bottom line is that success follows hard work.  It is only those who fail to work that fail to succeed.  I've always like Randy Pausch's "Last Lecture" for just that reason.  If you want to watch it, I've put it down below here.  During the lecture Randy uses the metaphor of the "brick walls" which are the obstacles you encounter in life.  They're not to keep you out he says, instead they are there to keep the other people out, the ones who don't want it enough.  Work hard.  Don't be deterred by failure, and you will ultimately succeed.
