SEE HERE Why are we doing this? It's outrageous. It's costly and pointless. Needlesstosay it's another of those things that government thinks is a good idea because "government thinks" is an oxymoron. This needs to be reversed. We'd save a lot of money, cut the cost of food, and make engines perform better and more reliably. What's not to like?
