SEE HERE This analysis sent around by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli shows Roberts' opinion for the logical travesty that it is. It tends to prick the bubble of those who insist that Roberts was being exceedingly clever. Clever or stupid, I suppose sometimes it is a difficult call. This analysis tends to rule out clever.
