SEE HERE ... or so said my mother whenever I defended some catastrophe by talking about what I had intended instead of what had actually been the result of my actions. Prudence is a virtue, but not a very popular one these days. Thomas Sowell here talks about the recent SCOTUS decision in less than flattering terms. Sometimes you'd rather be led by the ordinary man governed by common sense then by some member of the intelligentsia who imagines he knows more than the rest of us.
