Would Someone Explain to Me What Is Going On?

SEE HERE This blows my mind!  Obama's lawyer admits the birth certificate that the White House released is a forgery?  How does this work?  And then he defends the president's eligibility, at least in New Jersey, on the basis of political popularity?  Did I hear all of that right?  Doesn't anyone care about legality anymore?
