Perhaps We'll Know One Way Or The Other ... Someday Soon!
SEE HERE The question that continues to baffle me about the whole "birther" controversy is that it seems like something that could be trivially settled by producing a valid birth record and not just this certificate of live birth which doesn't mean much. A valid long from birth record records the hospital of record, the attending physician and other material. This has not been produced and the problem is that no-one has stepped forward to suggest that they were aware of or at the birth of Barack Obama despite the fact that he isn't all that old. So now we have a military court martial that turns on the issue. Will that be enough to require that the records if they exist, be produced. What if there are no records? Why should he be given a pass when he can't prove his eligibility? The whole thing is just weird!

Chris Plante on WMAL's daily 9 - 12 show has the most likely theory. The real certificate says religion = Islam, not because Barry is a practicing Muslim, but because his birth father was. Barry is in fact an atheiest, as any self-respecting faculty lounge pseudo-intellectual would be. But they are keeping a close hold on the real certificate because it would complicate the Islamic "outreach" agenda, since "once a Muslim, no longer a Muslim" = Infidel to those on the receiving end of the reach. See?
