Aren't Laws for Everybody? — What's With All These Waivers?

SEE HERE Frankly I think Barack Obama is a criminal. He seeks ways to do what he wants regardless of whether it is Constitutional, or fairminded, or even legal. That's a criminal mindset. He reminds me of the old joke about "How do you tell a politician is lying?" and the answer is "His lips are moving." I used to say about President Clinton that when his lips were moving he was just trying to get you to do what he wanted. What he said had nothing to do with meaning, truth, or anything else in the real world except his desires. Whatever worked. Barack Obama seems to me to come from the same mold only worse.
