SEE HERE Since when is the presidential waiver authority (who knew that the president could grant waivers to laws passed by Congress? is that legitimate?) a license to impose policy on the educational systems of the several states by bartering waivers for favors? This is clearly a strategy that undermines the separation of powers and the authority of Congress. This kind of manipulation is damaging to the government and the Constitution. This guy needs to go.
