Insanity Is Alive And Well Living In Our Court System

SEE HERE This is just unbelievable.  What were they thinking?  It must be something in the water.  Unless you want to overturn the Constitution, the only law that should be considered in the United States is the law of the United States.  Going to International Law or Islamic Law or Catholic Canon Law, etc. should not be used as a basis for decisions in United States courts.  It has no force and ought to have no force.  If we wanted it to have force we should put it into our law directly not import it through courts flitting around perusing foreign law and taking what they like.
