SEE HERE This is quite a rap sheet if it is all true. My perception is that George Soros is a major troublemaker. All you have to do to establish that that is true is to examine the organizations he funds. The question is obvious. Does he just like to stir up hornet's nests or is it all part of a larger and orchestrated plan to destabilize the country. I don't know, but I think the general rule is to be watchful and aware.
