How The Feds Get Around The Tenth Amendment

SEE HERE  Basically it's bribery.  The governments takes much more in taxes then they need to do what are the legitimate duties of the federal government and then they give money to the states with strings attached thereby giving them power that is not granted to them by the Constitution.  Over time they expand their hegemony and after a while people forget that they have no right to do any of it in the first place.  Works beautifully!
