And You Thought You Lived In A Free Society? — Silly You!

SEE HERE Where do you draw the line on this stuff? "Hot pursuit" of a criminal in the context of a crime may be one thing, but this seems over the top. We are supposed to be a government of laws and not of men. Well this makes us subordinate to the whims of the local police and government social workers doesn't it? They can always trump up some story to justify breaking down your door and accidentally shooting you because you resisted. Seems like the 4th amendment is losing a lot of force here: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
