Unanimous Rejection of the Obama Budget

SEE HERE Unanimous rejection? In the senate? Wow! I guess that means it was a real stinker when even your own party rejects it unanimously. What is all that about? They're probably maneuvering to blame the Republicans for something ... That's probably it.
