Whatever the Outcome? ...

Redstate points out that the narrative spin on a GOP victory in today's election has already begun. SEE HERE Despite the immense resources and the personal attention of the president to these early election results, we will be told that they are in no way to be interpreted as a referendum on the president. "Ignore the man behind the curtain." When in fact in the short time he has been in office, President Barack Obama has orchestrated or had orchestrated for him, the most rapid seizure of the government of private sector assets, the most rapid escalation of the debt, the most ardent attempt to further encumber the government with the seizure of the entire health care sector, the most egregious payoffs to far left supporters especially ACORN, the unions, and some of the Wall Street firms that were supporters ever seen in the history of the nation. No this can't possibly be a referendum on his stewardship ... We'll see how it comes out. Franking a good part of the country is showing no signs of being able to read the tea leaves, either being comatose or planning to be the recipients of the government largess while it lasts. The bumper stick I saw this morning said it like it is: "Socialism — A Great Idea Until You Run Out of Other People's Money." Good luck America.
