SEE HERE There is weeping and gnashing of teeth because Rush and Glenn are still alive ... How dare they not die when the left so hates them. I imagine there are probably little Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh dolls with pins sticking in them all over the Democratic wing of the Congress.
