What Do We Get Out Of This?

SEE HERE  Global warming is a farce and CO2 is not a pollutant, but regardless if it was what do we get from this deal with China?  It sounds like a way to give China a pass on generating CO2 which they do in abundance while we impose draconian and unnecessary restrictions on ourselves that put us at a marked disadvantage with the rest of the world.  Just one more way that Obama has found to damage America while advancing Marxism.  This traitor needs to be gone.  Thankfully he's a lame duck but the GOP needs to tie his hands so he can't be so destructive.
