Lying over and over and making out that socialism is benign and a good thing, sending your children to schools where they are indoctrinated by people who claim this and provide Marxist narratives and malign the intentions and history of the United States does its damage. Free Enterprise is not about profit or greed or all the other malignant narratives spun by its enemies; it is about free people pursuing their personal interests. It is about the flowering of personal productivity when people are allowed to do what they want and are not punished by an all enveloping state that seeks only control and power. But we seem to be losing the war for the minds of the young and this is because we are failing to teach the lessons of the past. When we give the left free rein to write the history and spin the story what we get is a biased and hurtful history that has underlying agendas aimed at destroying what has been build by free men and women for the past couple of hundred years and more in the American experiment. If you don't want to live in a egalitarian cesspool of unrealized dreams and crushed hopes then you have to stand up for what is true and good and beautiful and that is the freedom of each person to pursue their own dreams and not be shackled to the tyranny of the mob.
