SEE HERE The appearance of doing something, anything, is driving the NIC to more senseless action that simply increases the pain. Why didn't the electorate see this coming? We are, afterall, talking about a president who doesn't have even one thing on his resume that should give you any confidence in his executive or leadership ability.
