Tyranny Rising!

SEE HERE Is it conscious and intentional or merely due to a mindset that inexorably leads to tyranny? Hard to tell really. But whichever it is the fact remains that we can almost palpably watch freedom as it drains away into a maw of every more stringent and mindless government regulation. It's for our own good of course. That's the relentless mantra of the controllers. But there is something decidedly incongruous about people without values lecturing us on values. Perhaps that should be a signal to be more alert. But instead we are "connected" and "texting" and variously lulled into thinking that we are in some kind of control while all around us what was once a nation of free men and women who were independent and capable of almost anything simply withers away amidst cries of victimhood. It is deeply troubling. Tyranny Rising!
