Freedom of Speech Doesn't Mean Freedom of Speech Anymore

SEE HERE The liberal strategy in all things is to condemn any position other than their own as hate speech using a tactic of exaggerating the position of the other side into a caricature and then condemning it.  Disapproval of the so-called "gay" lifestyle is not the same as "hate."  But you'd never know that to listen to a liberal.  Indeed, they seem hell-bent to condemn Christians for anything and everything and they're not too kind to Jews either.  Islam seems to get cut a break, probably because Islam has demonstrated that it cuts the heads off liberals that bad-mouth it.  Christians because they are, well, Christian, don't get a pass because they are non-violent, so therefore they can be accused of "hate" with impunity.  Doesn't anyone find that a little crazy?

Morality doesn't change, but the things that are immoral that we culturally tolerate do.  I think homosexual behavior is objectively obscene and sinful, but I don't think the state should be enjoining even sinful behavior done privately between consensual adults.  On the other hand, public demonstration of immoral behavior is another thing.  I remember that in my dad's day "public display of affection" (read as kissing in public) was considered inappropriate.  Now we have gay pride parades with homosexuals gallivanting around like satyrs at an orgy and we're supposed to applaud and let them march in the St. Patrick's Day parade.

I suppose it's just a measure of how thoroughly decadent we have become.  Public decadence is one of the signs of imminent societal collapse along with excessive taxation and disrespect for the law and its foundations.  Good luck, you're going to need it!
