SEE HERE This cop is being 'in your face' obnoxious on the basis of speculation as if there are not tons of people showing flags and such on overpasses. This is just another case of police overreach. There is no suggestion here except the cop's speculation that there is any hazard whatsoever. On this kind of police work you could be arrested every time a cop thinks up a story ... and not even a plausible story. Freedom isn't about cops making up stories to arrest you.

Just One More Cop In Your Face With Phony Baloney
