More LA Police Violence ... Is It Something In The Water Out There?

Don't have the whole story but the video is pretty self-explanatory. The cop is pounding the hell of a woman he's subduing by sitting on her. You can't tell me he couldn't have cuffed her without all that violence. Just another day in the life of the out of control LA police.
