Fire and Ice ...

SEE HERE Well here we go again!  Back to the 1970's when it was an ice age everyone was scared about.  Now we have been cooling since nominally 1998 (you'd never guess that from the global warming crowd) and here's a piece that suggests a new little ice age is brewing.  Well maybe so.  It's sobering to realize that none of these folks really have a clue about what's happening.  They are all just spinning stories based on what they think might be so.  We've pretty much exonerated CO2 as being a rather pathetic greenhouse gas and actually very essential to life itself on planet earth.  Now we'll worry about sun spot minimums and whether they are accompanied by lower temperatures that precipitate global cooling.  You'd think that the earth had not been here for millions of years as the habitat of a myriad of life throughout that time.  Instead a rather uppity ape-like creature is pretending that it is running the show.  Pretty funny when you think about it.
