Obama Ruled Eligible for Ballot In Georgia

SEE HERE So much for all the courtroom drama. Just another smoke screen. James David Manning summarizes the situation. One odd aspect of this is that there was no evidence presented in favor of the president. The president chose not to appear nor was a case apparently presented for the defense. So this judge not only found for the president, but seems to have simply ignored the evidence presented by those who believed the president ineligible. I personally think this is unconscionable. How can you find for a side that didn't present any evidence and ignored the subpena to appear before the court.
