Is This The Way Law Enforcement Is Supposed to Work?

Increasingly law enforcement seems to be hostile to the citizenry. That's not supposed to be the way it works. Too many police officers are trigger happy and too many citizens are used to their arrogant behavior and have been turned off by it. The police are supposed to be the servants not the masters. We should stop hiring the Rambos.
