The Insanity of War by Politician

SEE HERE War is a deadly business and the way to win is to destroy the enemy as efficiently as possible preserving the lives of your own soldiers. Only America fights wars in such a way that they hazard their soldiers on the hypothetical grounds that some random civilian who is mysteriously or maybe in the line of fire might get hurt. This is not to suggest that troops should be reckless, but it is crazy to deny them the ability to protect themselves. What kind of leaders do we have out there? Wars are to win and we've been playing footsie with them too long.
