Mindless Fear of Decency Grips the Left

SEE HERE That's the way I see it. Sarah Palin is a real person while almost all of her critics are plastic people, drilled in the Newspeak of the self-anointed, patterned by the PC mantras that substitute for reason in their neuron-decimated brains. What do I mean?

Sarah Palin has principles which motivate her. She speaks her mind as opposed to the "talking points" of the anointed, so she means what she says, while her opposition is making noise when they talk because words to them are merely ways of advancing their agendas. If a different set of words seems appropriate for that purpose they will use those instead. Words severed from reality are just propaganda and Newspeak. Words are for communication of truth, but among the anointed words are for the manipulation of ideas to achieve the outcomes you desire and have no other purpose. (This is why the word "spin" has achieved such currency.)

Coming up against someone from the real world, where "reality" and not "perceptions" is what they desire to communicate is a rebuke to the anointed and so such people must be destroyed. How else do you explain the mindless hatred for Sarah Palin that has dominated the discourse, even within the Republican party, since she was chosen as a running mate by John McCain. Somehow she is a lightening rod for the anointed because, I think, she shows how shallow and hollow they truly are. As simply an observer, I find this most fascinating.

Apparently things like wholesomeness, integrity, honesty, and humility and just down-to-earth-ness are things that the anointed find infinitely threatening and abhorrent. Now that's scary! Do you really want people whose primary goal is power to actually have it?
