Cupcake Affirmative Action Is Offensive Apparently

SEE HERE What is particularly bizarre about this is that it's exactly what is going on all the time with our government selective benefits. What is different I suppose is that it's actually labeled for what it is. So does that mean affirmative action wouldn't pass a truth in labeling test? If you got your law degree with a lower score but were inflated up to comparability but had to advertise the inflation amount would that make the degree less valuable? Let's face facts. Favoritism isn't particularly helpful even when it is kept secret. You can't ultimately get away with being something you're not. So if you can't make the cut honestly, why should be be able to play? A five foot 4 inch basketball player isn't going to do very well even if affirmative action gets him on the team. I'm sorry — reality has a way of dashing us with cold water sometimes.
