  Rush Limbaugh points out the facts which point rather clearly to an attempt to undermine the Constitution and implement a "fundamental transformation of America."  When the federal government starts pervasive collection of data on all Americans it can hardly have any other construction than an attempt to divide the goats from the sheep.  They will come for the goats and the sheep will fall into line and be enslaved.  The goats will not be so lucky.  I'm a goat thank you!
