Just Exactly Who Is Supposed To Provide All This Largesse

Largesse ... a big pile of stuff that someone else earned that you can have for the asking.  Just how is that supposed to work?  Who makes the call and where does it end.  We live in a nutty world that given this thinking can't be very far from simply falling apart.
