What A Boondoggle! If You Want To Save Money Keep The Government Out

SEE HERE  ... There!  I've saved 7 billion dollars, if someone would take that advice the price of health care would come crashing down and the overall quality would improve.  Putting people in charge of their own expenditures in a free market is a proven technique for generating both quality and economy as well as efficiency.  Government ... that generates the opposite.  The data is overwhelming in confirming this.  But lying seems to work!
