Destroy Their Host: It's What Unions Do!
SEE HERE Unions have a habit of making extreme demands in the bizarre belief that they are the real source of productivity in a business when the reality is that they are contributors and not by any means the most important. The scenario is to increase their demands higher and higher until the business they work for is no longer either competitive or profitable. Then the business collapses, sometimes slowly and sometime catastrophically and quickly. In the meantime the management does what they can to keep the business a going concern. This may involve relocating production outside the country (gee that helped the workers didn't it?) or automating as many jobs as possible out of existence. Unions in the long range are just parasites when they ought to be symbiotic.
