SEE HERE What is disturbing to me is that this kind of stuff goes on year after year and everyone just winks as if it is not big deal. Wasn't there some time in the past when people who were dishonest and reneged on deals were punished with public embarrassment for being dishonorable. General the dishonorable were not then reelected to cozy sinecures. But as Thomas Sowell shows we're going round and round on a merry-go-round of epic proportions.
