Belaboring the Obvious: Ennumerated Powers are Essential

The Bill of Rights are not a list of rights granted by government, but Rights the people have that shall not be transgressed. Great line:"What the government has done is stolen our loaf of bread and taxed the crumbs." One last thought: "America has been surviving on borrowed time because of the foresight of our forefathers." because the average government only lasts about 200 years.
