SEE HERE I can't think of anything good to say about Ethanol. It is expensive, inefficient, and environmentally unsound as a way of generating fuel, not only that but it increases the price of all foodstuffs that depend on corn. About the only good you can find to say about it is that the corn farmers like it since it helps them ramp up the demand for corn and so get higher prices. That's a poor excuse for a bad idea.

Ethanol Fiasco ... Bad Fuel, Bad Use of Food
SEE HERE I can't think of anything good to say about Ethanol. It is expensive, inefficient, and environmentally unsound as a way of generating fuel, not only that but it increases the price of all foodstuffs that depend on corn.
