Why Do Liberals Listen to Idiots? One of the Mysteries of Life

SEE HERE My father used to say that it is just as probable that you would be always right as that you'd be always wrong. Both are unlikely outcomes, but Paul Ehrlich has the remarkable record of being always wrong. He seems to share this record with other opinion makers that liberals like to lionize. Some of them don't have Ehrlich's enviable record. After all, but for a quirk of fate he might be the one who's always right and that would be something indeed. I think that the reason liberals are so always wrong is that their underlying principles are wrong. 1) Government is not an unmitigated good, 2) CO2 does not cause global warming, 3) Thomas Malthus was wrong, we can develop technology to increase food production so everyone doesn't have to starve, 4) the green revolution is a scam not the future, and ... well you could go on and on with trendy stuff the left is pushing. All of it calls for increased power to government to regulate your life and all of it won't work and is very expensive. I think the left has been Ehrlichized.
