The Decline of Civility

This incident at UW-Milwaukee stimulates a big discussion on RATE YOUR STUDENTS as to whether this is racism or not. My own view is that it is the result of the decline in respect for individuals in our society regardless of race, partly due to the extreme egalitarianism of the left and the decline of public manners. During this whole thing the student videoing the thing is just kicking back and eating something in class. And we wonder why students are not learning as much as they should.
